Please print and complete the form and return it by mail or fax. Alternatively you can complete the form electronically and return it via email.

Please note

You will need to include details of two character referees in your application.
Your application will be assessed by CIT's Accommodation Services area.
If you are assessed as suitable to host a student, CIT will make an appointment with you, to visit you at your home.
A police check will also be required.
