Industry Reference Groups
CIT courses are developed through consultation with industry and community members who:
- Provide advice on local industry needs and the level of qualification that will ensure graduates have the right skills to meet local requirements;
- Advise on the development of a specific course;
- Endorse the course as being consistent with the requirements of the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF);
- Ensure that current statutory and licensing regulatory requirements are addressed.
