Business Medical Administration - Certificate III


Program Summary: This program provides you with medical/health office skills, knowledge and attitudes to work successfully in the modern health care environment. Emphasis is placed on customer service, workplace relationships and medical terminology. You will gain an overview of the Australian health care system combined with an understanding of current fee structures and billing practices.

Applicants without these competencies or skills may enrol in the Certificate II in Business OR the Training Program in Business Computing Level 1 OR the Training Program in Medical Administration.

If you are entering this program as a trainee under the Australian Apprenticeships arrangements you must be employed in the industry and you must register with an Australian Apprenticeships Centre prior to enrolment.
