The Learning Centre has a variety of resources to assist you in locating information. Consult with Learning Centre staff to discuss your information needs.
You can book an orientation or getting started with research session at the Help Desk on each campus Learning Centre at Bruce, Reid, Southside, Weston and Fyshwick. These sessions are designed to assist you with research strategies and with locating, organising and using information.

- ABS Statistics – Current statistics from the Australian Bureau of Statistics
- Databases – Find recent journal articles
- Ask a Librarian – Online research assistance from reference librarians
- Internet – Search the Word Wide Web
- Online Bibliographies - Online Bibliographies can be produced on request. Please contact Help Desk staff.
- Multimedia CDs – Text, graphics, sound and video
- Reference collection – For dictionaries, thesauri and encyclopedias
- Online Subject Guides – Resources especially for your course
- Vertical File – Newspaper clippings, pamphlets, journal articles
