Internet Access for Students at CIT

Internet access is available for students at CIT free of charge. Note, a download limit applies. Each student's internet balance has a minimum threshold of 100Mb at no cost. Each night the system will automatically run a process to 'top up' every active internet account where the balance is below the 100Mb thresholds by adding 10Mb. The top-up process will occur at 10pm each evening.

Students that require more than 100Mb download limit

If a student requires a download balance in excess of the default 100Mb then suitable authorisation must be obtained from their Head of Department, Centre Director and an email request submitted to CIT ICT.
