Exception: Studying flexibly via the CIT Learning Centre

Studying flexibly means CIT can personalize a study course for you, which may involve a variety of ways of studying, such as online or at CIT. The CIT Learning Centre has many courses which allow you to enrol at anytime.

To study through the Learning Centre, please call them directly to arrange to attend an information session.

Students wanting to study flexibly via the CIT Learning Centre don't complete an online application form.

Things you need to know before applying:

1. You must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident to use this application method. If you are not an Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident and you want to study at CIT, please go to CIT International for more information, or contact international on +61 2 6207 4662.
2. Completing an application form does not guarantee you a place in that course. An online application is not a confirmation of enrolment.
3. Some courses have entry requirements. Entry requirements are what you need to be eligible to apply and enrol in a CIT course. For example you might need to be of a minimum age.

How to apply

It's important to read each of these steps:

1. Only apply for each course once.
2. If you apply online you should not apply in writing (on an application form) also. CIT will only process one application from you for each course.
3. Check that you meet the minimum entry requirements for the course you have chosen. Refer to the A-Z course list to check.
4. If your course has entry requirements and please note that at enrolment you will be required to show that you meet these requirements.
5. Your next step will ask you to specify a personal login. Please write this down and keep somewhere safe so that you can refer to it later on.
6. You can apply for more than one course using your login. It is important that you are the only person who uses your login details. If you allow someone else to make an application using your login details, your own application could easily be processed incorrectly.
