"To support all staff across CIT" The Centre for Organisational Capability provides services and support for all staff by:
Specialist areasWorkplace practices: responsible for establishing and maintaining effective working relationships and improving the work environment through quality of work life and productivity programs
People support: responsible for providing and ensuring employee health through injury prevention and rehabilitation and ensuring the workplace implements equity and diversity policies and strategies
Workforce planning: responsible for developing workforce planning tools to ensure that future workforce demands are predicted, known and communicated and that strategies are put in place to attract and retain skilled and valuable staff
Leadership and organisational development: responsible for developing effective professional development programs which build organisational capability and for facilitating staff network.
